This turf reinforcement mesh is ideal for green car parking and to protect grassed areas from pedestrian and vehicle damage. For correct installation of the product where turf already exists, cut the lawn short and roll out the mesh. Pin the mesh to the ground with “U” staples. The lawn will grow through the mesh and vehicles will have a greater grip, avoiding the formation of ruts or wheels sinking into the ground. In fact the mesh supports up to 7 tonnes per square metre and thanks to its green/brown colour can hardly be seen. The mesh weighs approximately 1.4 kg per square metre, is UV treated and allows for optimum water drainage. Being chemically and biologically inert it is also kind to roots. When installing where there is as yet no turf, overturn the soil and clear it of impurities, then compress it to strengthen. Roll the mesh out on the field and pin the mesh to the ground by using “U” staples. Sow seeds and cover with at least 2 cm of cultivation soil. Watered regularly your grass will grow evenly and will be protected from vehicle damage. We do not store GP Flex in our warehouse. Delivery times are indicated in the table below.
