Fencing without Cement

We have decided to dedicate this special video to an innovative product: the Vortek T35 series support. This support is used to install T-shaped iron posts with a diameter of 30 or 35 mm into the ground, and it is ideal for fences with mesh rolls of 25 meters, both rigid and flexible.

Advantages of the Vortek T35 Series Support

The main advantage of the Vortek support is the reduction in installation time and consequently in labor costs. The support is screwed into the ground with a simple manual wrench in about a minute. With the use of a demolition hammer, the time is reduced to 5-10 seconds. Additionally, this product is eco-friendly: made of hot-dip galvanized iron, it can be easily removed and reused.

The support is designed to be used by anyone, even private users. A manual wrench is all that is needed to screw the support into the ground, allowing anyone to create their own fence completely independently. We professionals tend to use a screwdriver for 80% of the process and complete the final turns with the manual wrench to ensure perfect alignment of the posts.

Technical Features

The Vortek support features a screw that permanently locks the post. To ensure proper installation, we recommend using a level to check that the product is perfectly vertical.

The Vortek support can secure not only T-shaped iron posts but also brace arms. For the brace arms, a small bracket is available to anchor them to the support. The posts that can be used are those commonly available on the market, purchasable from us or other suppliers like Rete Plastic.

Uses of the Vortek Support

The Vortek support is suitable for both industrial and private customers. It has been used for fences of photovoltaic plants, company fences and private gardens, as well as to contain pets or protect land from wild animals such as wild boars.

The stability of the Vortek support is comparable to that of a cement foundation, depending on the compactness of the ground. It is not suitable for very rocky terrain, where screwing the support may be difficult. In such cases, we recommend moving a few centimeters to find better ground.
