Fence panels with round posts
Hello everyone, we are the Fenceshop team! Today we present to you an innovative and versatile solution for your fences: the modular light panels from the Classic 2000 line. This system is a great alternative to traditional mesh, offering an economical and practical solution for your residential needs.
Panel Characteristics
The Classic 2000 panels are made of welded mesh with a 55x200 mm chain link mesh. The wire diameter is 4 mm on the outside and 3.8 mm on the inside, reflecting the standard of economical wires. The material is galvanized and plastic-coated, available in green and anthracite colors. The panel length is 200 cm, while the available heights on our store are 102, 122, and 142 cm. For heights of 172 and 192 cm, you can place an order on request.
An important detail to note is that the panels have folds to reinforce the structure: two folds for lower heights and three for higher ones. This design ensures greater stability and durability over time.
Post Characteristics
The posts supporting the panels have a diameter of 48 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm. They are also galvanized and plastic-coated, available in green and anthracite colors. The posts have a removable plastic top cap and a base plate with two 14 mm holes, suitable for 8 mm or 10 mm dowels. The plate dimensions are 140 x 60 x 8 mm.
Fixing Accessories
Regarding the fixing accessories, we offer two alternatives:
Installation
The installation of the Classic 2000 panels is relatively simple. We rate the difficulty level from 1 to 5, assigning a 3-4 for the dowel version and a 4-5 for the cement version. For optimal installation, we recommend working in pairs, although it is possible to do it alone with a bit more effort.
An important aspect to consider is that the panels have tips of about 3 cm. If you prefer, you can install the panels upside down to avoid exposing the tips.
Versatility and Applications
The metal collars offer great flexibility, allowing you to adapt the fence to different configurations, such as corners or slopes. If necessary, the panels can be shortened with tin snips or a disc grinder. However, it is important to protect the cut areas with paint to prevent rust.
These panels are ideal for residential use, perfect for delimiting gardens or protecting pets. They are not recommended for sports or high-security applications due to their light structure.
Conclusions
In conclusion, the Classic 2000 modular panels are a valid alternative to traditional mesh fences, offering a practical and economical solution for your residential needs.
