Standard Gate: More Robust and Versatile

Hello everyone, I'm Marco from Fenceshop, the Fenceshop e-commerce, and today we are presenting our standard gate model, an evolution of the basic model. This gate stands out for its robustness and versatility. Available in two colors, the gate can be produced either painted or galvanized.

Technical Features
  • Available formats: Single-leaf pedestrian or double-leaf vehicular gates.
  • Widths: 1, 1.20, 1.50, and 2 meters for the single leaf; 3 and 4 meters for the double leaf. Upon request, leaves up to 5 or 6 meters.
  • Heights: 1.50, 1.75, 2, and 2.20 meters. Upon request, also 2.50 and 3 meters.
  • Structure: Vertical uprights in 40x40x2 mm box section, horizontal sections 35x35x2 mm.
  • Mesh: 50x50 mm mesh, 4 mm wire welded inside the structure.
  • Posts: Variable box section from 50x50 mm to 100x100 mm, depending on the gate size.
  • Rod: Present along the entire height on the post to neatly tie the mesh.
  • Lock: Double-turn lock with keys and handle.
  • Top caps: Black plastic.
Surface Treatments

On our store, you'll find the standard gate in two types of treatments: green RAL6500 powder-coated and oven-cured, or hot-dip galvanized. Additionally, we can offer painting in anthracite gray or a double treatment with hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating.

Packing and Assembly

All our gates are individually packed in heat-shrinkable nylon and are already assembled. The only thing to install is the handle with a screw.

Uses

The standard gate model is suitable for residential and sports uses, especially in the hot-dip galvanized version. This type of gate is highly appreciated in sports facilities.

Installation

The installation of the standard gate is classified as grade 3-4 on a scale from 1 to 5. On our website, you will find a detailed photographic tutorial on how to install a gate.
