Accessory to be applied to the top of fencing poles to allow for the raising and lowering of nets.

The raising and lowering of nets becomes necessary when:

- The net barrier needs to be assembled and disassembled seasonally.

- In areas subject to heavy snow, as a build up of snow will ruin the netting.

- In areas where strong winds cause an excessive sail effect. This system allows nets to be raised briefly for single sporting events then lowered to prevent weather damage once the event is over.

In hot galvanized 50x30 mm U-shaped iron with 1 hole Ø 11 mm to be bolted to the pole (bolt and nut for fixing to the pole not included). The bracket is complete with a wheel with a Ø 55 mm bearing with a bolted round groove that allows the sliding of a rope with a maximum Ø of 8/10 mm. To prevent the rope from escaping, there is an Allen bolt and self-locking nut on the bracket itself, as well as a ring that ensures the rope remains in position.

For correct operation we recommend positioning the bracket at the top of the pole, drilling in correspondence with the pulley hole, temporarily removing the cap from the pole, fastening the bracket with bolt and nut, tightening and repositioning the cap on the pole. Once the pulley has been fixed, you can pass a rope through it and attach a net hook, carabiner etc. to the top border of any netting such as sports ball catch and/or anti-hail nets.

Once the rope is hooked to the net, just pull it to raise the net. Repeat this operation for each pole where a pulley has been installed. Once the net has reached the height of the pole, tie the rope to the base of the pole to avoid slackening.

This item is supplied complete with:

n ° 1 galvanized bracket, n ° 1 round groove wheel with bearing, n ° bolts and nut Ø 8x50 mm, n ° 1 Allen bolt and self-locking nut Ø 5x45 mm. The bolt to fix it to the pole, the rope and any additional accessories other than those described are excluded from the product.
